The Chalet
L'Eau Vive has always occupied a central place in the life of the small village of Saint Nicolas la Chapelle. Formerly called "Chez Nous", the inn, then run by Mme Arnaud, brought together under one roof rooms for rent, a grocery store, a table d'hôtes and a bakery, and lived to the rhythm of weekend dances.
After major renovations initiated by the Rimbod family, the inn became a hotel-bar-restaurant in 1977, attracting people from all over the region.
In 2021, Alexis and Marie took it over and transformed it into a chalet aparthotel to welcome you even better.
